4. Install ADU – include drywall, plumbing, toilet, vanity- $350, shower, tile- $2 a sq. ft., faucet- $150, shower door – $700
5. Install tankless water heater for the unit
6. Buy and install all doors for the unit
7. Take out the entire roof and install a new roof and repair any wood damage on the side of the house
8. Install sub-panel metal in the house
9. Install cement and wood fence in the back of the house
10. Install panel wood floor all over the unit
11. Install new kitchen –
12. Install insulation, plaster and paint in the apartment
13. Install a closet in the apartment which includes mirror door
14. Paint the outside of the garage
15. Fix all area where workers were working and clean up all debris
