Complete home makeover in Los Angeles presents an array of colors, design choices, and themes. We began this project by setting up a meeting between the client and our in-house architect and interior designers. We conceptualized various home restoration ideas and sorted out the plans and details for the home renovation project. Our experts provided a cost-free consultation service and furnished the client with home design tips. After things have been set and agreed upon, we started the house renovation and installed a temporary toilet and fencing facility. We then proceeded to frame the existing 8,000 square feet basement in the client’s property. This is followed by building an 8000+ square feet wood framing. To complete the remodel home, we installed wall and ceiling insulation, a new 200 AMP panel that comes with sub-panel, smoke detectors, new switches, and outlets, as well as exhaust fans. 

This project is a complete home upgrade project approximately 8,000 SQFT which involved:

1. Pull a permit for a makeover of the house – take out all wall from the kitchen and service porch –
2. Remodel 4 bathrooms
3. Install 1 new bathroom
4. Install all new roof
5. Install new windows (approx. 37 windows)
6. Install three-ton central air conditioning
7. Plaster and paint inside and outside the house
8. Install roof on the garage
9. Install new garage door
10. Install a new window in the garage
11. Install new kitchen in the house
12. Install new countertop and granite in the kitchen – plus sink and faucet
13. Install new electric meter – 200 amp
14. Rewire the whole house from electric
15. Re-pipe the entire house
16. Install a new tankless water heater
17. Refinish all hardwood floor and install new tile in kitchen and service porch
