1. Enlarge garage 9×9 including footing wall, roof, 1 bathroom inside addition, move 1 door to the other side, repair garage for life in which includes drywall, new rafter, new plaster, new electric, new door, new window, customer supply vanity toilet, faucet, shower door, window, and door.
2. Company will supply cement, wood, plaster, drywall, rough electric, stucco, and all installation
3. Install tile on the floor.
4. Install tile in the entire house customer will pull out old tile
5. Company will supply thin-set and customer will supply tile
6. Install 5-foot high wood frame in the front of the house
7. Install ceramic tile at the front of the house- total approx. 42 LF
8. If need permit, permit will be issued by customer
