Oran Remodeling is a design-build contractor based in Sherman Oaks, serving the San Fernando Valley and the Westside for more than 35 years. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, build room additions, and convert garages into ADUs, all with our own in-house crews rather than subcontractors.
LA remodeling has its own realities: LADBS permits in most of the city, separate building departments in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Calabasas, hillside rules south of Ventura Boulevard, and older homes that hide dated wiring and plumbing behind the walls. Thirty-five years of building here means we scope those things during the estimate, not after demo, which is why our fixed itemized price holds.
