Oran Remodeling is a design-build remodeling company based in Sherman Oaks. For more than 35 years we have remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes across the San Fernando Valley and the Westside, and in recent years we have built a steady practice in room additions, ADUs, and garage conversions.

How we work
Most remodeling problems come from handoffs: a designer who never meets the builder, a general contractor who subs out every trade, a bid that grows once the walls open up. We run projects differently.
- In-house crews. The people who demo, frame, tile, and finish your project work for us, not for a rotating cast of subcontractors.
- Fixed, itemized pricing. After the on-site consult you get one number, broken down line by line. That is the price you pay.
- Permits handled. We pull permits and schedule city inspections ourselves, on every project that needs them.
- A 10-year workmanship warranty. In writing, on every job.
