This is  a Kitchen Renovation project that included:

1. Reface four area of cabinets, one kitchen, three bathrooms.  Include new door, new drawer, and new paneling between the doors.
2. Demolish the carpet, and the tile from the kitchen. Install new laminated wood $1.25/sq. ft.  all around the apartment including 14 steps.  Including molding all around (company will supply it).  Install 7 new doors (customer to supply doors) and install new molding all around them.  Refinish tile around the fireplace (customer to supply the tile).
3. Paint and refinish all of the molding all around the apartment.
