Garage Conversion to ADU in Northridge

We converted a three-car garage in Northridge into a stunning ADU. After architect plans and a city permit, we tore down interior walls, poured the foundation, ran plumbing for a bathroom and kitchen, and finished it with granite countertops, shower tile and waterproof vinyl flooring.
