2. Remodel complete bathroom- including new tub- up to $250, tiles- up to $2, toilet- up to $150, faucet- up to $100
3. Remodel 2^nd bathroom tiles on the floor- up to $2 sq. ft, new vanity, and faucet- up to $250
4. Install new prefab kitchen and new quartz
5. Install wood vinyl floor- up to $2 a sq. ft. – on the first floor
6. Install carpet on steps with a new padding. Carpet –up to $15 sq ft.
7. Install new tankless and re-arrange plumbing for washer and dryer. Tankless- up to $800
8. Plaster and paint the entire unit as shown in the remodeled apartment
9. Install new door in the apartment- 6 panels
10. Install new lock- up to $40
11. Install black faucet and back handle
12. Install light as shown in the remodeled apartment
