What we did: Removed two major walls, moved the washer and dryer to another area of the kitchen improvement, installed a tankless water heater in the back of the kitchen, replumbing the entire kitchen and moved water heater out, installed new outlets and new LED lights, installed new wood floors, cabinets and countertops, reconnected all plumbing, plaster and paint the entire kitchen
