Complete Home Remodeling – Hollywood

We remodeled an entire apartment that was outdated. We repaired 2 doors in the first floor from water damage which included replacing the rubber on the bottom and fixed the seal on the bottom of the door, installed second set of doors on the second floor with new rubbers and fix the seal of the door, redid the surface of the balcony with fiberglass material, demolished all shower and repair any wood damage install new faucet, installed cement board with installed hot mop shower pan, demolished the ceiling and built a new ceiling, installed second bathroom- include demo, installed hot-mop – new faucet, new tile- $2 a square foot, installed new shower door-$450, took out approx.. 20 wood board- damaged from the water and repair them with a new board- engineer and refinish buffing with a new stain and locker all over the apartment- approx.. 1,500 square foot, repaired ceiling in the kitchen and paint all ceiling from kitchen to living room, installed aluminum look-alike wood in the back of the house (need approval by the association)- 20 feet by 10 foot. It took us 2.5 months to complete.
