7. Install fan/heater/light on the ceiling
8. Install 3 recess LED light
9. Install pocket door as an option
10. Plaster and paint all bathroom
11. Company will install vanity and mirror
12. Reframe shower including moving 6-inch wall in the back of the shower and take out the soffit on the top of the ceiling.
13. Install new tile with new cement on the wall
